This page presents the spectral analysis tools, PyRANA developed under the same project as the SALSA database, and a few links relevant to Raman spectroscopy and other complementary databases.
The python Raman Analyzer (PyRANA) library is a custom library that facilitates the analysis of Raman spectra. It provides a set of class-functions to load spectra in different format, fit isolated or blended peaks, generate plot figures, produces export files. The dependencies necessary to be able to run the library are, in general, included most of the basic python environment.
